In 2017, Stephanie celebrates her 28th year as a certified fitness leader and has the most combined group fitness/pilates instructional experience than any other fitness trainer in Prince Edward Island.  She graduated in 1990 with an honour's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Prince Edward Island and received her Bachelor of Education degree from Mount Saint Vincent University in 1993.

Stephanie Noonan 

Stephanie graduated from Dalhousie University in 1984 with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science, specialising in pediatrics and neonatal care. She began her fitness journey with IFC certifications in Basic Fitness and Group Fitness leadership in 1995 and became STOTT PILATES certified in Essential and Intermediate matwork in 2004 and in Essential and Intermediate Reformer in 2007.  She is also certified as of 2006 in Aradia Pole Fitness levels 1-4 and Pole Flow, Cardiolates/Rebounder training in 2007 and Group TRX Suspension training in 2012.  
Stephanie continues to educate herself annually with many professional development workshops including specialised pilates approaches for groups such as pre-natal, osteoporosis and rehabiliation of the shoulder and lumbar regions. Finally, she is certified in Merrithew Fitness' TOTAL BARRE training in levels 1 and 2. 
She believes fitness is a part of a healthy lifestyle and keeping it fun and inspiring makes it more do-able.  She loves helping people achieve a better sense of health and well-being through fitness and getting them to smile while they are getting fit!  

Kathleen MacPhee

Kathleen started working with imotion fitness in September or 2010 but has been a bit hyper-active her whole life! Ask anyone who knows her, she's got a lot of energy! It would not be unusual for her to break into random acts of energy, dropping down to do some push-ups or crunches. So she likes to put that energy to good use and help motivate people into action During College (Kawartha Lakes Bible College, Peterborough ON) she would gather as many girls together as she could and do 80's workout videos in the student lounge. She was also voted most likely to start a new fitness craze!

After many years of running, rugby and a bit of boxing, she decided to take some strain off her body and give pilates a try. Of course she soon fell in love with this safe and intelligent way of working out. She moved to Toronto in December 2009 to pursue an education with STOTT PILATESTM. Six months later she was certified in Matwork, Essential & Intermediate, and Reformer, Essential & Intermediate levels. She has also completed her Group TRXTM Suspension Training certification, which she LOVES teaching!  She's excited to be expanding her knowledge and experience in the fitness industry.  She always tries to bring energy and motivation to each class and wants you to be inspired by your workouts!
